I have to move out of this wonderful apartment due to loss of job. |
It is a great 3rd floor apartment 788 sq ft of living space, an additional 25 sq ft storage closet (just outside the apartment), 186 sq ft balcony, vaulted ceilings, almost new carpets (you can hardly tell anyone has lived there for 2 years), and a carport included in the rent. The rent is $699 a month starting July 1st, the rest of June is already paid. I am moving out June 19th, the apartment will be completely ready to move into on June 20th. This will be a lease takeover, you will be the only person on the lease, because of this you do have to fill out an application and go through the process with the complex. After you have been approved we both sign agreements saying you are taking over the lease and I am not responsible for anything that may happen to the apartment there after. The application fee is $40, which I will pay you in cash when you are approved and we have signed the papers for you to take over the lease. The last rent payment will be on Sept. 1st after that you can do what you wish, sign a new lease or move on from the apartment. All of my deposits will automatically transfer over to you, so there is no cost to you to take this apartment (again I will pay you the $40 application fee, but you will have to pay it upfront). I do have a pet, so if you have furry family of your own there will not be a deposit for the first one, there maybe an additional deposit for a second pet, I can get that information from the complex if you ask me to.
