[mood |hopefulhopeful]

My friend needs to leave his 1 br apartment ASAP. It's spacious and has washer/dryer hook-ups. 1st floor and highspeed internet and cable are already included in the rent. $728/month

Questions/Interest -- contact me here or on my LJ post about the apartment. Layout and other info on my LJ post.

... saw your own lj post on this and see you posted this at the beginning of July.
Your friend's probably moved out and sublet by now.
Also, I'm hoping to be closer to downtown.
Thanks for sharing!

Actually, he's still looking for someone to sublet. His parents are paying for the apartment until someone takes over the lease. Which, as you can imagine, means they REALLY want someone to move in... so they are making more offers...

They're including a washer and dryer already in the unit and one month free rent. I don't remember what I wrote in my blog about the apartment so here:

Where is your friend's apartment? 2239 Cromwell Circle, first floor
Does it have A/C? yes.
Do you know the square footage? I don't need a lot of space. 735 square feet
Are cats allowed? I have one indoor cat. Yep!
Are utilities included (water, electric, gas)? utilities are not included. high speed internet and cable are.
When exactly is he leaving this apartment? as soon as someone signs up on the sublease

if you're interested or know anyone who may be, please have them email jlory0892@yahoo.com
